Some of this work will be very labor intensive and it is very important for us to be able to get the Ranch ready for the summer. We are able to start this employment as soon as a person would be able to arrive. So we can start you as quick as you are able to get to Philmont. You will be able to work maintenance until your summer position starts. Many staff members have been asking if we were going to get a new color of staff shirts this year. And the answer is YES!!! Shelley O'Neill, the Director of the Tooth of Time Traders gave us this information about the new staff polo shirts:

Our staff will love these functional garments for they are built to last features and benefits:

Ø Quick drying fabric with built in antimicrobial (odor eater)
Ø Stain and Odor resistant to withstand daily rigors of Camp

The color is being called Philmont Red which is not maroon and it isn’t bright red.
